Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning for direct reports through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff; ensure progression path training and certification processes are executed.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts to meet quality, production, and cost metrics while ensuring health and safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with performance management and coaching.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be 18+ and able to meet physical and safety equipment requirements.
