Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage manufacturing equipment to achieve required production, quality, and cost targets within the assigned area.
  • •Maintain required equipment performance and proactively identify and eliminate production constraints through cross-functional communication.
  • •Plan and execute improvements related to preventive maintenance and other non-routine tasks.
  • •Lead or train other team members within the team while making decisions across a wide range of responsibilities.
  • •Use OPL and CIP to share knowledge and analyze IPO/KPI metrics to implement and deploy CAPA and area improvements, including AI-enabled optimization and maintenance strategies.
