Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience as a Construction Inspector, including site/civil work.
  • •Strong communications skills and a collaborative approach with clients and construction contractors/subcontractors.
  • •Demonstrated workplace safety track record and ability to follow health, safety, drug/alcohol, and harassment policies.
