Assist the FP&A team with financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decisions. Own budgeting and forecasting support by gathering data, building models, and helping develop financial plans. Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, provide ad hoc analyses to cross-functional partners, and identify process improvements to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in analyzing financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
•Support budgeting and forecasting by gathering data, preparing models, and helping develop financial plans.
•Prepare regular financial reports, highlight key insights, and provide recommendations to the business.
•Conduct variance analysis to explain drivers of variance versus budgeted and forecasted figures.
•Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support while identifying process improvements to streamline reporting and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 159,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
•Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel, plus other analytical tools.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial information clearly and concisely.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.
