Job Summary

Serve as the primary liaison for successful tour events, creating day-of-event plans and coordinating VIP check-in, receptions, and hospitality room setup/breakdown. Manage hiring and training of local staff and security, merchandise inventory distribution, and financial recaps by collecting receipts and money. Maintain communication with tour management and host VIP activities from start to finish while traveling with the assigned tour.

Key Responsibilities

•Travel with the assigned tour and serve as the primary liaison between project managers, vendors, and local staff for event execution.
•Create day-of-event plans and advance logistical details, including hiring and training local staff and security.
•Set up check-in and dedicated entrances, greet guests, coordinate pre-show reception details (location, menu, staffing), and manage hospitality room setup and breakdown.
•Manage VIP merchandise inventory by tracking and distributing all merchandise items.
•Complete financial recaps by collecting receipts and money, and maintain positive relationships and communication with tour management and staff.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 1,500 - 2,000 weekly

Key Requirements

•Prior event production and/or music touring experience.
•Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Korean preferred).
•Experience managing budgets, tracking spending, and submitting expense reports and AMEX reports.

•Thick-skinned with the ability to make clear decisions with limited information in a demanding environment.
