Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across the LATAM region, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • •Facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to align on requirements, candidate profiles, location strategy, interview plans, and timelines.
  • •Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical and commercial roles through sourcing and proactive engagement.
  • •Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, and candidate expectations to inform hiring decisions.
  • •Use recruiting data and analytics to drive results (pipeline health, conversions, offer acceptance, time-to-fill, and forecasting) while maintaining compliant ATS discipline and strong candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • •8+ years of recruiting experience across professional, technical, and commercial hiring in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years supporting technology-driven organizations (software, SaaS, professional services, or consulting).
  • •Advanced English communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • •Proven direct sourcing and talent pipeline building for specialized, hard-to-fill roles, with strong ATS/process discipline.
