Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements and performance metrics with variance reporting to subsidiary managers.
  • •Develop KPI data with subsidiary managers and support annual budgets, forecasts, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • •Provide project control and monthly close support, including accruals, revenue adjustments, and subsidiary readiness for EACs and year-end closes.
  • •Support compliance and audit activities by helping develop defensible indirect rates and responding to DCAA inquiries.
  • •Track AR aging/DSO and support cost/price proposal efforts and ad hoc analyses (sales by contract type, market area, contract wins/losses).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
  • •10+ years of professional experience in a financial management role for a Federal Contractor.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • •Experience with Deltek Costpoint, including project/account/org structures, cost/burden process, revenue recognition, inquiries, and reports.
  • •Experience supporting programs/projects over $100M in annual revenue and working knowledge of indirect rates, rate pools, and allocations.
