Job Summary

Sr. Analyst, Industrial Engineer responsible for driving process improvements through Lean manufacturing, time studies, and data-driven analysis. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, conduct root-cause analyses, monitor KPIs, and support capacity, labor planning, layout optimization, and cross-functional projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for productivity, quality, and cost improvements
•Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and other industrial engineering methodologies
•Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational issues
•Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance
•Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and other departments to implement improvements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing planning, or operational excellence
•Strong background in industrial planning, execution, process optimization, and productivity improvement
•Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry is an advantage
•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and statistical analysis is an advantage
