Job Summary

Lead Morris & Dickson’s sales organization for the community clinic, ambulatory infusion center, and alternate-site segment. Build and guide a team of 3 VPs of Sales and 4 National Account Managers, drive growth, set go-to-market strategy, and partner with manufacturers and GPOs to deliver profitable, enterprise-wide impact.

•Lead and develop the team’s business development efforts and overall sales performance.
•Develop relationships with current portfolio and new community site partnerships; leverage industry connections.
•Work with SVP/GM to create multi-year growth plans and a long-term path for profitable expansion.
•Build and manage a team to execute plans, including territory assignments and incentive compensation.
•Identify service offering gaps and partner with manufacturers and GPOs to enable pricing programs for providers.

Key Requirements

•7 years sales and/or account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
•5+ years of experience with specialty therapies (Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Retina/Ophthalmology).
•Willingness to travel 40-50% to customer sites, manufacturer offices, trade shows and corporate locations.
•Education: 4-year degree strongly preferred (BA/BS).
•Proven talent management experience with a track record of attracting, developing and retaining top performers.
