Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, terminations) with high accuracy and timely documentation in Workday.
  • •Maintain the integrity of employee data in Workday as the system of record and ensure downstream impacts to payroll, compensation, reporting, and benefits are prevented.
  • •Support regional benefits programs with the Global Benefits COE and external vendors, while maintaining labor law and regulatory compliance knowledge across EMEA.
  • •Perform quality assurance checks on transactions and documentation and support regional and global audits, including SOX, through meticulous record-keeping and data governance.
  • •Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement scalable workflow enhancements by leveraging modern tools, Workday functionality, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations, with advanced hands-on experience using Workday transactions, data governance, and reporting.
  • •Experience executing employee lifecycle processes in audit-conscious environments, with SOX exposure preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in at least two to three priority EMEA markets (UK, Spain, or Romania specifically).
  • •Hands-on curiosity and a track record of adopting AI tools, automation, or modern software to improve daily workflows and operational efficiency.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal).
