Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team; build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for maximum autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning; collaborate with Product Management to empower cross-functional teams focused on customer outcomes.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure; balance feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across engineering operations; manage risk posture.
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA/SPACE) and drive AI-augmented development tools adoption to improve deployment frequency, cycle times, and developer throughput.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data-volume environment
•Demonstrated ability to lead and scale a fully remote engineering team with a culture of accountability and psychological safety
•Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems; ability to make smart architectural trade-offs for business growth
•Metrics-driven mindset; strong familiarity with engineering productivity metrics and frameworks (e.g., DORA)
•Experience leading AI augmentation of development processes (AI tools for code, testing, and documentation) to improve throughput and code quality
