Job Summary

Provide technical maintenance input and oversight to support safe, reliable operations at the Seadrift site. Lead participation in reliability improvement efforts, performing root-cause investigations, troubleshooting, and repair technique guidance. Own documentation and training availability for repair procedures and equipment, support maintenance strategy and budgets, and evaluate condition-based monitoring to determine next actions. Serve as a technical resource for planner work packages and turnaround scope inputs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide experience on failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.
•Deliver technical expertise to troubleshoot failures and repairs, and assess equipment service conditions.
•Document and ensure repair techniques/procedures and equipment-specific training are available.
•Provide maintainability input to GPM and improvement activities; support maintenance strategy, budget inputs, and work packages.
•Evaluate condition-based monitoring activities and determine appropriate actions, including CBM-related follow-up.
