Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and cultivate franchise development opportunities through market analysis, business intelligence, networking, and industry research.
  • •Create strategic sales and lead-generation plans by analyzing market conditions, competitive landscapes, and industry trends.
  • •Develop and execute strategies for both conversion and new construction opportunities across Full Service & Lifestyle brands.
  • •Evaluate prospective franchisees and determine appropriate brand alignment based on market conditions, ownership objectives, and development potential.
  • •Partner with Sales Directors/Regional Vice Presidents to advance opportunities through the pipeline and support the closing process.
