Customer Sales Associate

Provide customer support and resolve inquiries for Parts and Supply offerings while partnering with customers to drive sales of related products and add-on extensions. Manage customer orders with high accuracy, including quote and invoice processing, and help ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain product and promotion knowledge to deliver a premier customer experience, interact with customers by phone and in person, and assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
