Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations of the Claims Accounting Department to ensure efficient workflow, accuracy, and timely task completion.
  • •Partner with Operations and HR to monitor workflows, performance management, attendance tracking, scheduling, and timecard review.
  • •Prepare monthly client financial statements and related reporting, and support preparation of corporate financial statements.
  • •Process and review Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions, including invoices, cash receipts, vouchers, and other entries.
  • •Supervise, train, mentor, and review the work of Accounting Coordinators; identify and support process efficiencies and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements
