•Manage a portfolio of Treasury Managed Fund claims from inception to finalisation in compliance with regulatory Allianz requirements.
•Focus on strategic collaboration and case management to maximise return-to-work and health outcomes for claimants.
•Engage with stakeholders including injured claimants, families, legal and medical professionals to achieve successful outcomes and coach others to develop these skills.
•Maintain high customer service standards and strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating deep knowledge of the business and customer needs.
•Continuously assess Workers’ Compensation claims for treatment and rehabilitation needs, identify trends, and recommend policy improvements to enhance claims practices.
