•Define the structure and vision for a high-performing Finance Systems function and shape roles, responsibilities, and growth paths.
•Define, build, and optimize scalable processes and tools for NetSuite and other finance systems, including configuration, data management, integrations, and reporting.
•Establish and enforce best practices for finance system configuration, data integrity, user management, security, testing, and deployment.
•Manage and guide technical resources delivering NetSuite SuiteScript development, API integrations, and other finance system technical requirements.
•Drive a data-driven culture in Finance by enabling reporting and analysis to support accurate reporting and efficient decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,050 - 153,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years managing or leading projects within finance systems in a fast-paced, growth environment.
•5+ years working with core finance systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order Management, and Procurement.
•Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration, with ideally experience with SuiteScript and integrations.
•Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
•Experience implementing or scaling finance systems to support business growth.
