Job Summary

Research, design, and implement AI and machine learning capabilities to strengthen Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) across the Department of War enterprise. You’ll build predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and risk-scoring models, and develop generative AI (LLMs, RAG, intelligent assistants) to improve governance, cybersecurity, operational efficiency, and decision support. Work 100% remote with architects, cybersecurity engineers, and data/software teams through the full AI lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and implement AI and machine learning solutions supporting enterprise ICAM objectives.
•Build predictive analytics, anomaly detection, behavioral analysis, and risk-scoring models using identity and access data.
•Develop and support generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and intelligent assistants to improve operational efficiency and user support.
•Analyze authentication, authorization, audit, entitlement, and access governance data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
•Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cybersecurity teams to integrate AI into ICAM platforms and ensure compliance with security and responsible AI requirements.

Salary: USD 146,200 - 197,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of experience (or 4 additional years in lieu of degree).
•Minimum active Secret security clearance required.
•Minimum active CompTIA Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days post hire).
•Strong experience with AI/ML and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, classification, clustering, and anomaly detection.
•Experience building enterprise AI/LLM solutions (including Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn, and RAG with NLP/vector search) and integrating into enterprise applications/APIs.
