Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow a team of forward deployed engineers, setting direction and unblocking projects while staying hands-on with customers and code.
  • •Own the enterprise integration portfolio including SIEM/SOAR connectors, collaboration tools, custom webhooks, and email ecosystem integrations.
  • •Own enterprise identity, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and IDP sync with providers like Okta and Entra, troubleshooting OAuth/SAML issues.
  • •Serve as the senior technical presence in strategic enterprise deals by scoping integrations pre-sale, de-risking deployments, and accelerating time to go-live.
  • •Turn one-off customer builds into product by defining how prototypes graduate into core platform capabilities and expanding the team’s high-leverage charter.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building production software applications (Python preferred), including 2+ years in forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering.
  • •Experience leading engineers while still shipping and operating effectively with an undefined charter.
  • •Deep enterprise integration expertise across OAuth, SAML, SCIM, IDP sync, webhooks, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and REST APIs.
  • •Proven ability to turn bespoke customer work into reusable product or platform capabilities.
  • •Comfort working directly with enterprise customers, negotiating priorities with sales and product, and troubleshooting issues in the field.
