Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the Food & Beverage team to deliver professional, efficient, high-quality service across restaurant and event operations.
  • •Supervise dinner service and assist with the execution of conferences, functions, weddings, and special events.
  • •Ensure exceptional guest experiences through active engagement, prompt resolution of concerns, and adherence to service standards.
  • •Train, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding new employees and coaching service techniques.
  • •Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor (or similar) in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or events environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing hospitality teams.
  • •Strong operational knowledge of restaurant service and event coverage (conferences, functions, weddings, special events).
  • •Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • •Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
