•Manage holistic integration of strategic initiatives to meet short- and long-term objectives for Premier segment household growth and performance metrics.
•Manage and prioritize multiple comprehensive programs and strategies across in-market, virtual, digital, and phone channel distribution.
•Design, develop, and support Truist Enterprise IRM partnerships to deliver the Premier Value Proposition (Wealth, Insurance, Small Business).
•Define and execute AI strategies and advanced technology solutions aligned to business objectives.
•Develop partnerships with teams including Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Deposits, and Lending/Mortgage to align processes/programs with segment priorities, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
