•Design, implement, and support operational and reliability aspects of a large-scale Observability & Telemetry collection platform, including real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting.
•Participate in and improve the full lifecycle of services from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
•Support services before launch via system design consulting, building software tools/platforms/frameworks, capacity management, and launch reviews.
•Maintain live services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
•Scale systems sustainably through automation and drive reliability/velocity improvements while practicing blameless incident response and postmortems, including on-call rotation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS degree in Computer Science or a related coding-focused technical field, or equivalent experience.
•8+ years experience with infrastructure automation and distributed systems design for large-scale private or public cloud systems in production.
•5+ years delivering foundational infrastructure and observability platforms.
•Experience with Python, Go, Perl, or Ruby.
•In-depth knowledge of Linux, networking, and containers.
