Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver core service user support services under the AASC contract, including inductions, welfare support, and signposting.
  • •Complete monthly property inspections (and further inspections as required) to ensure accommodation meets standards, targets, and maintenance needs.
  • •Respond to issues, requests, complaints, and manage incidents raised through AIRE Services, providing accurate reporting to timescales.
  • •Handle discontinuations and report potential absconders in line with Local Operating Procedures (LOP).
  • •Maintain safety and compliance for service users, including safeguarding responsibilities, emergency evacuation, and monitoring building security (e.g., CCTV, patrols, fire alarm testing).
