Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare formed meat batches to specifications and transfer to chopper or blender for mixing.
  • •Perform spice weighing setup and weighing-out ingredients to support production schedules, keeping work areas clean.
  • •Operate chopper/blender controls to maintain proper product temperature and consistency, and transfer mixed product onward.
  • •Run breader/batter operations by setting machine controls, monitoring viscosity and product specs, adjusting as needed, and maintaining clean work areas.
  • •Complete required Plant View computer checks and enter data accordingly, and support other assigned areas including packing side.

Key Requirements

  • •Be able to stand for the duration of the shift, work in a wet environment, and perform constant moving and reaching.
  • •Be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and have good hand dexterity.
  • •Be able to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift.
  • •Perform physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
