Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to help customers discover shades and routines that fit their needs. Share product expertise to educate and build trust, stay current on beauty trends and new techniques, and drive sales results and key performance metrics. Maintain a welcoming store environment by managing stock and merchandising, while meeting flexible schedule requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

•Offer personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on each customer’s needs.
•Demonstrate expertise by educating and empowering customers throughout their beauty journey.
•Stay up to date on new products, techniques, and beauty trends to provide relevant guidance.
•Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators supported by Sephora Canada.
•Manage stock and merchandising to keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17.1 - 21.4 hourly

•Have experience providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships in a retail, customer-focused environment.
•Be passionate about beauty and trends, with confidence in your recommendations.
•Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills with customers.
•Contribute to teamwork and thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment while applying inclusion principles.
•Be physically able to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.
