Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement the Direct-to-Consumer retail strategy across the country, driving business growth and strengthening adidas’ competitive advantage across Own Retail Stores and Franchise Stores.
•Hold overall fiscal responsibility for delivering the Country retail business plan, including sales, margins, profitability, and other key financial metrics; lead and manage the P&L for the retail and franchise business.
•Lead the implementation of Global Brand, Sales, and LAM Market initiatives, programs, and procedures across Own Retail and Franchise channels.
•Maintain a collaborative approach and ensure consistent communication vertically and cross-functionally to secure alignment on priorities and allocate resources effectively.
•Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Profit Protection, Brand, Operations) to support business goals with clear objectives and career progression planning.

Key Requirements

•Lead the design and execution of the Direct-to-Consumer retail strategy across Own Retail and Franchise channels in Brazil.
