Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute calibration/testing for pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments to meet standards.
  • •Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instrumentation and control systems.
  • •Troubleshoot instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and maintain process accuracy while ensuring compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
  • •Maintain accurate calibration, maintenance, and compliance records in the SAP PM system, ensuring data integrity.
  • •Support instrumentation design, installation, and commissioning for new projects, and provide technical training to maintenance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • •Valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga BO Chargeman 11kV certificate.
  • •Registered or eligible to be registered as Registered Energy Manager (REM) Type 2 under EECA 2024.
  • •Experience managing industrial energy systems (11kV distribution, compressors, boilers, chillers, utilities).
  • •Experience with energy management systems and energy efficiency initiatives; instrumentation/calibration knowledge with PLC/DCS and SAP PM (3+ years desirable).
