Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the external test equipment strategy aligned to supplier capabilities, capacity, investments, and production demand.
  • •Lead make/buy/where strategies and assessments to balance cost, capacity, capability, supply chain risk, and sourcing for long-term readiness.
  • •Drive Critical Rate Items improvements (first-pass yield) by partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers and integrating actions into the technology roadmap.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cost and schedule performance by identifying risks/opportunities and driving corrective actions to meet commitments.
  • •Coordinate execution with the Missile GEM-T Product Line to expand supply base capacity, support long-range planning, reduce cost, and reduce cycle time to improve production readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 7 years.
  • •Defense or Aerospace experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing roles.
  • •Experience with budget management, proposals, and/or finance.
  • •ERP/MRP experience such as SAP or equivalent systems.
