Key Responsibilities

•Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families at military installations.
•Develop and deliver Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle (arrival, deployment, etc.).
•Assist service members in establishing spending plans for extended absences and life events.
•Create and disseminate informational financial materials for service members and families.
•Coordinate, publicize, and conduct virtual counseling sessions or in-person sessions as required; engage with DoD protocols and POCs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; may consider an associate degree plus 4 years' experience or a high school diploma plus 6 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's.
•3+ years of financial counseling experience.
•Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract.
•Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification (AFC, CFP, or ChFC).
•Must be able to obtain a favorable adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass OCI disclosures.
