Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet milestones and drive value.
  • •Understand and map customer requirements, design implementation plans, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align on progress and best practices.
  • •Navigate change management processes to help customers adopt Ashby’s solution effectively.
  • •Proactively identify and address customer opportunities, iterating on processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementation-and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS org, with remote-first work and travel <10% as needed.
  • •Strong understanding of complex configurable B2B SaaS products and their technical intricacies; ATS experience is a plus, not required.
  • •Customer-centric approach with ability to tailor implementations to customer needs and maintain high engagement.
  • •Experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems.
  • •Ability to advise on best practices and think critically to address customer opportunities and improve processes.
