Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run the full deal workflow from origination intake through screening, scoring, credit committee, and closing, implemented as governed automation with audit trails.
  • •Build ingestion/storage and documented data contracts for borrower financials and payment telemetry, including Xsolla transaction data, using a production PostgreSQL (or equivalent) platform.
  • •Develop and monitor credit scoring and forecasting models with proper train/test discipline, leakage and PII exclusion, and continuous evaluation/regression checks for drift.
  • •Instrument and operate the investor/LP pipeline (CRM automation, conference/referral tracking, follow-up orchestration, and data room upkeep) and track conversion rates and stage aging.
  • •Ship audit-grade, reproducible investor and borrower dashboards and present the numbers in meetings while responding to diligence questions and questionnaires directly.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years across data analytics/data engineering with hands-on production automation experience (not prototypes or notebooks).
  • •Production experience with LLM-based automation including schema-validated outputs, human review gates, evaluation/regression testing, and cost-tiered routing.
  • •Strong SQL and Python with end-to-end ownership of a PostgreSQL (or similar) data platform (ETL, materialized views, performance tuning, data contracts).
  • •Workflow orchestration experience with n8n, Airflow, or comparable tools.
  • •Finance background with a degree in finance or quantitative field and real experience in portfolio analytics, market risk, or credit for underwriting/investor conversations.
