Job Summary

A Specialist in Transaction Services supporting procure-to-pay processes in Mastercard’s Global Business Service Center. You will resolve P2P inquiries, coordinate with Global P2P, Sourcing, Legal and Compliance, perform day-to-day AP processing, analyze data for insights, and ensure SOX controls and SLAs are met while collaborating across functions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality and timely resolution for P2P inquiries related to supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoices/payments, etc.
•Coordinate with Global P2P, Sourcing, Legal and Compliance teams to resolve P2P inquiries
•Liaise with Business Owners and Suppliers to resolve P2P inquiries
•Update and maintain working files and trackers for reporting purposes
•Perform day-to-day transaction processing in support of accounts payable, payments processing and month-end close in the procure-to-pay space

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance with equivalent work experience (5-6 years)
•Experience supporting procure-to-pay processes and expense/sub-ledger accounting with metrics-based performance tools
•Excellent customer service and ability to drive process improvements
•Ability to understand contract terms and support in drafting SOW/MSA/DPA
•Experience with ERP systems such as Coupa and Oracle (preferred)
