Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and maintain Windows 10/11 endpoints in Microsoft Intune, including Windows Autopilot and Enrollment Status Page profiles for out-of-box user setups.
  • •Manage patching and application deployment using Windows Update for Business rings and Intune to package, test, and deploy Win32/MSI/MSIX apps.
  • •Design and enforce endpoint compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines, integrating Intune with Azure AD (Entra ID) conditional access.
  • •Act as the escalated L2/L3 tier for complex Intune provisioning, policy conflicts, and application deployment failures.
  • •Write and maintain PowerShell scripts and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure SLA adherence and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • •11+ years of proven IT infrastructure experience, including 8+ years focused on Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Modern Workplace management.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 architecture, Windows Registry, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • •Hands-on ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation, debugging, and endpoint remediation.
  • •Deep experience with Modern Management, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), CSPs, and ADMX, plus Autopilot/Enrollment Status Page concepts.
