  • •Support global regulatory compliance across markets, ensuring products, packaging, labelling and claims meet legal requirements.
  • •Review product compliance, including labelling, sizing, product information and marketing claims.
  • •Conduct regulatory research and horizon scanning to identify emerging legislative and sustainability trends, translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • •Deliver training and guidance to improve organisational understanding of compliance requirements.
  • •Identify and manage regulatory and sustainability risks and support compliance investigations, customer complaints, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, sustainability, quality, responsible sourcing or a related field, ideally within retail, consumer products, textiles or apparel.
  • •Able to work independently and apply sound judgement to complex regulatory issues.
  • •Degree or equivalent qualification in law, science, engineering, sustainability, textiles, environmental management or a related discipline.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk-based mindset, including the ability to interpret complex requirements.
  • •Experience monitoring emerging regulations and reviewing product information, labels and marketing claims for compliance.
