Key Responsibilities

•Execute and deliver the Month-End Closing (MEC) reporting pipeline, monthly BE forecasts, and annual BP models.
•Create executive-friendly reports with concise summaries, clear financial analysis, and key business insights.
•Develop and improve data-validation processes to identify and resolve financial anomalies, missing postings, and reporting discrepancies.
•Maintain localized P&L structural integrity through accurate group mapping, classification, and allocation across business units and cost centers.
•Partner with department leads to provide financial insights, model project profitability, identify cost optimization opportunities, and assess promotional ROI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus).
•3+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or top-tier Audit environments.
•Strong knowledge of financial reporting and local accounting principles/tax bases.
•Working knowledge of IFRS standards and practical application.
•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization) and strong English communication.
