Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop server board layouts, including component placement, constraint setting, signal routing and Gerber output using Allegro tools
•Collaborate with EE, ME, SI, and Power Engineers to propose PCB designs and optimize server layouts for performance, manufacturability and cost
•Work with vendors and manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure compliance with industry standards

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,552,040 - 2,217,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering or related field
•7-12 years of server PCB design or high‑density board PCB design experience
•Proficiency with Cadence Allegro tools
•Knowledge of high‑speed routing rules and power PCB design
•Ability to communicate effectively with multiple engineering teams and suppliers to articulate layout specs and requirements
