Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain and agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching flexible hoses.
  • •Control and monitor all load-out functions and understand/operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Conduct and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks/seeps.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas and complete housekeeping, grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and warehouse tasks such as forklift and loader operations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.

  • •Obtain certifications to operate equipment, including the opportunity to obtain a CDL (Hazmat endorsement preferred).
