Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines for identity graph construction, entity matching, and identity resolution.
  • •Collaborate with data engineering and software engineering to productionize matching logic with scalability, testing, and monitoring for data quality and drift.
  • •Create metrics, dashboards, and analytics to quantify match rate, match quality, coverage, and graph stability, surfacing anomalies early.
  • •Partner with data science to evaluate and improve matching algorithms and provide clean, documented data and features for model iteration.
  • •Manage and evaluate analytics relationships with external identity providers, onboarding sources and monitoring ongoing data quality and match performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or similar role working with large-scale data.
  • •Experience with graph data structures and graph-based data models (e.g., property graphs, graph databases, or graph analytics on relational/columnar stores).
  • •Familiarity with entity matching / identity resolution concepts, including deterministic vs. probabilistic matching and match quality evaluation.
  • •Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience building and maintaining production data pipelines.
  • •Experience partnering with external identity providers (e.g., Experian, TransUnion, LiveRamp) and validating/monitoring match performance and data quality.
