Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary conduit to the customer, managing the health and trajectory of the relationship over time and identifying opportunities to mature the engagement.
  • •Drive cross-functional operational excellence to ensure delivery happens on time and to scope with quality across multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Build and stand up the delivery infrastructure by defining processes, tooling, and operating models for customer delivery across the function.
  • •Coordinate a cross-functional team of teams, aligning diverse technical languages and priorities toward shared objectives and decisions.
  • •Structure and run effective program meetings, reporting, and governance to maintain timely, accurate visibility and trust with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in a physical science or technical discipline
  • •8+ years of experience in a technical or scientific industry, with 5+ years in program management, delivery, or a similar cross-functional role
  • •Demonstrated experience as the primary customer-facing owner of a relationship
  • •Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences
  • •Proven track record of driving execution across complex multidisciplinary programs with significant technical and commercial stakes
