Job Summary

Lead delivery for high-value, multi-year customer engagements in physical sciences by managing end-to-end programs across cross-functional teams (AI/ML, experimental, automation, hardware, software, product). Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary conduit to the customer, managing the health and trajectory of the relationship over time and identifying opportunities to mature the engagement.
•Drive cross-functional operational excellence to ensure delivery happens on time and to scope with quality across multiple concurrent projects.
•Build and stand up the delivery infrastructure by defining processes, tooling, and operating models for customer delivery across the function.
•Coordinate a cross-functional team of teams, aligning diverse technical languages and priorities toward shared objectives and decisions.
•Structure and run effective program meetings, reporting, and governance to maintain timely, accurate visibility and trust with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in a physical science or technical discipline
•8+ years of experience in a technical or scientific industry, with 5+ years in program management, delivery, or a similar cross-functional role
•Demonstrated experience as the primary customer-facing owner of a relationship
•Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences
•Proven track record of driving execution across complex multidisciplinary programs with significant technical and commercial stakes
