Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day Travel & Expense operations within the Shared Services Center, providing leadership to the T&E function and ensuring effective administration of the Concur platform. Drive compliance with corporate card policies and T&E controls, resolve escalations and issues, and partner on process standardization and continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert for program enhancements, support external audits, and maintain SAP-based account structures while delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise the T&E function and guide team members on performance criteria to ensure accountability to organizational objectives.
•Oversee day-to-day T&E operations to ensure prompt and accurate expense processing and issue resolution.
•Monitor compliance with established T&E controls and related operational management controls.
•Recommend training strategies based on problem frequency, audit results, and customer inquiries, and provide feedback to improve policies and procedures.
•Analyze trends, root causes, and audit findings; support system/process implementations and assist external audit processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (related field preferred).
•5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Corporate Card, or AP Shared Services.
•2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
•Strong knowledge of SAP Concur administration and configuration.
•Demonstrated experience with process improvement, control frameworks, and analytical problem-solving.
