Job Summary

Configure and evolve a next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to support a Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) strategy. You’ll develop and demonstrate PLM solutions in Siemens Teamcenter, implement Teamcenter modules and integrations (including Active Integration Gateway), and lead the architecture and execution of the PLM/MBE integration landscape. Partner with global engineering and business stakeholders, mentor technical team members, and deliver scalable workflows that meet program KPIs.

•Configure Teamcenter to optimize and support specific business processes.
•Develop prototypes and lead demonstrations of PLM solutions for complex business requirements.
•Implement and enhance Teamcenter modules, including CAD integrations, AIG/T4x, data management, and workflow automation using OOTB capabilities.
•Lead the architecture and execution of the PLM and MBE integration landscape to ensure seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
•Mentor team members and partner with vendors/external consultants to implement new functionality and resolve complex issues.

Key Requirements

•Strong Teamcenter architecture knowledge, including underlying data models and APIs.
•Advanced configuration/customization experience with Teamcenter modules (e.g., Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management).
•Hands-on enterprise integration experience, including Active Integration Gateway (AIG) with T4O and T4EA.
•Proficiency integrating CAD systems (specifically PTC Creo) with Teamcenter; knowledge of MBE/digital thread is a plus.
