Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service machines (cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and replacing belts as needed).
  • •Identify root causes of breakdowns and repair equipment quickly and efficiently to reduce downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts; order and install replacement parts.
  • •Maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies by cleaning, organizing, inventorying, and restocking as needed.
  • •Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance and collaborate with product teams on modifications and test runs.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant manufacturing-environment experience.
  • •Read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose equipment problems.
  • •Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure machines operate optimally.
  • •Good computer literacy to enter work records in the appropriate program.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of the organization.
