Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategy and roadmap for the Credit team including APIs, underwriting, operational processes, and monetization.
  • •Work closely with engineering and other product managers on resource planning and execution of the roadmap, balancing scalability and new feature development.
  • •Be fully accountable for the Credit team’s metrics and permeate accountability throughout the team.
  • •Be extremely data driven, working with analytics to define and refine metrics that drive the business forward.
  • •Engage with customers, commercial teams, compliance, risk and stakeholders to gather feedback and build a world-class product.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience in product and adjacent functions within a fintech- or financial services environment
  • •3+ years of experience building credit products
  • •Product management skills including scoping technical features with engineering teams and setting goals for the product
  • •Leadership with demonstrated ability to lead (directly or indirectly) a team of PMs
  • •Customer-centric with ability to translate technical complexity to customer impact and understand different customer needs
