Sr. Manager, NA Procurement - Portfolio Productivity - AFH

Lead the portfolio productivity strategy within the business unit by setting productivity targets tied to procurement and operations cost base performance. Drive delivery of a portfolio productivity project pipeline (e.g., value engineering and in/out-sourcing), maintain productivity forecasting and reporting with FP&A and CFO teams, and ensure cross-functional alignment through recurring reviews. Co-lead AOP cycles and conduct ad-hoc assessments to determine portfolio margin competitiveness.
