•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as primary point of contact and recommend appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.

•Working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory registration requirements.
