Join our R&D manufacturing team as an entry-level Machinist I, prototyping and assembling development hardware for next-generation nuclear systems. Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes, troubleshoot tooling, deburr parts, and document processes. Collaborate with engineering to improve manufacturability and be prepared for shift surges.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up, operate, and troubleshoot multi-axis CNC mills (3, 4, 5-axis) and/or live tooling lathes for development hardware and test fixtures
•Monitor, replace, and re-set cutting tools
•Perform deburring on parts as necessary
•Provide feedback to engineering to improve manufacturability of various components
•Complete work instructions and other process documentation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.75 - 30.25 hourly

•High school diploma or GED
•Ability to read and understand G-code, engineering drawings, GD&T
•Preferred: experience machining stainless steel, exotic alloys (Inconel), and/or graphite
