Key Requirements

  • •0–1 year of relevant experience; customer service experience preferred and retail experience is a plus.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
  • •Ability to engage with a diverse group of customers and provide strong communication (verbal and written).
  • •Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapt to changing business needs, and share product/brand knowledge.
  • •Ability to stand and move for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
