Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee review and analysis of procurement requirements for internal and external customers across NSWCDD programs.
  • •Determine compliant procurement vehicles under FAR and assist customers with procurement documentation for FIAR audit readiness.
  • •Oversee life-cycle procurement, including material screening, ITPR coordination, PR creation and buying actions, discrepancy reporting, and DRMO coordination.
  • •Independently evaluate procurement requirements and maintain rapid response to stakeholder and client inquiries.
  • •Advise on purchases of goods and services using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and expedite short-turn actions to meet mission needs.

Salary: USD 60,000 - 68,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US Citizen with a current Interim Secret or higher (active DoD Secret clearance preferred).
  • •Associate's degree, or three (3) years or more of related work experience.
  • •Ability to work independently across multiple online systems to resolve issues and respond to customer inquiries.
  • •Knowledge of MILSTRIP, PCard, and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
  • •Knowledge of IBPES, ERP, and other tools/systems supporting the procurement process.
