Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and drive the design of the national Open Banking framework, including regulatory, market, and governance models.
  • •Conduct regulatory and legal gap analyses to define actionable requirements for the framework.
  • •Develop the market operating model covering onboarding, compliance monitoring, and dispute resolution processes.
  • •Define high-level standards and rules of participation for ecosystem members, including API principles and security baselines.
  • •Design and structure a pilot program by prioritizing key use cases, setting success metrics, and defining scope.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience in strategy consulting (Big3/Big4/Tier-2) or equivalent in regulator, bank, or fintech
  • •Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage relationships with senior stakeholders including C-level executives and government officials
  • •Strong background in consulting, banking, fintech, or regulatory sectors
  • •Experience with large-scale digital finance initiatives involving multi-stakeholder governance
  • •Familiarity with regulatory gap analysis, API economy principles, and digital identity frameworks (e.g., OAuth, OIDC) is advantageous
