Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction and make hard architecture and product trade-off decisions for Code Plane.
  • •Drive the team’s roadmap from issue to shipped, scoping and sequencing projects across product surfaces.
  • •Own meaningful slices of Agentic Batch Changes end-to-end and ship critical components.
  • •Strengthen engineering practices for reliable delivery (design, review, test, and deliver).
  • •Mentor teammates and mobilize engineers to execute with conviction; work closely with cross-functional partners and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Strong technical background with the ability to provide guidance on architecture, code quality, and trade-offs.
  • •Proven experience building end-user product features, ideally developer tools, AI/agent products, or CLIs.
  • •Experience partnering with Product and Design to take features from idea to shipped and incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
  • •Hands-on experience using and reasoning about coding agents (e.g., Amp, Claude Code, Cursor) and strong opinions on human-agent workflows.
